Contact Centre Collaborator - Database Analyzer

For several projects with SMBs in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Tasks:

  • Planning appointments for Junior, Senior and Executive Account Managers, as well as business owners.
  • Performing actions for existing customers, doing market research and surveys.
  • Marketing actions: following up on quotes and mailings or on invitations for fairs, seminars and showcases.
  • Mystery calling.
  • Database management.
  • Commercial and Administrative tasks.

Job description:

You’ll be working in a close-knit team. Two thirds of the job is done on the phone. We expect experience in prospection and good telephone negotiation skills. While experience is important, we also provide additional and ongoing training on the floor.

The other part of your job is taking care of daily, weekly and monthly reporting for yourself and your colleagues and communicating with our customers.

Profile:

21 ½ hours per week. 2 full days + 2 half days a week. In 2011, this could run up to 30 hours a week. Dynamic and punctual! Being able to work with precision. A clear, friendly voice. Being entrepreneurial and able to work independently. Stress-resistant and flexible. Commercial and results driven. Dutch is your mother tongue, and you speak some French and English. Good computer skills, more notable in Word and Outlook. Extensive knowledge of Excel and basic Access skills. People that are 50+ of age may apply. Participating proactively in the growth of the company.
