Bernadette – The Leading Lady
One2Be is run by Bernadette Bernaert, a seasoned business development professional with a flair for finding the perfect match for your business. Crowning a successful career in Sales B2B and Retail as well as lead generation, in 2008 she decided to share her network and experience with other entrepreneurs.
In her trademark organised and thorough way, she finds and contacts the right customers for you. She’s also regularly sought out as a mentor and motivator for internal sales and other teams.
She's supported by a team of senior agents with years of Internal Sales and Account management experience under their belts. They know the ropes, and that's something you can feel in their approach. All of them have been hand-picked to carry out the high standard of service that One2Be is known for.

Katrien – Accuracy in person
You couldn’t do it better yourself! Katrien is One2Be’s project coordinator, and an example of punctuality. Thanks to her unique combination of experiences (administration, social and commercial work) Katrien can provide a prompt, flexible approach.

Martine – The mother hen

Willem – The man of the house
Willem takes care of reports, statistics and technical support. He bundles analytical abilities, a talent for the commercial and an empathic nature all into one to support the One2Be ladies.
He also has a talent for lead generation. He just knows how to put the right feeling into the right argument. He uses his biology degree to understanding the workings of your organisation, and to make it grow organically.
